Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

TraderNSYT subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly). All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as expressly set out in this policy. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you will not be refunded for any unused portion of a billing period, including in the event of cancellation, downgrade, account suspension, or loss of access to features.

2. Canceling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it will not renew.

To cancel:

  • In the app: open Settings → Billing, open the Stripe billing portal, and cancel from there.
  • By email: contact support@tradernsyt.com with the subject line "Cancel subscription". We will process the cancellation within 24 hours.

3. Exceptions required by law

If you are a resident of a jurisdiction that grants statutory refund, withdrawal, or cooling-off rights — for example, certain U.S. state consumer-protection statutes, or the 14-day withdrawal right under EU and UK consumer law — those rights are not waived by this policy. To exercise a statutory right, email support@tradernsyt.com with your account email and the basis for your request. Where the law requires us to provide a refund, we will.

4. Duplicate charges and processing errors

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same billing period, or charged after a successful cancellation, email support@tradernsyt.com with the disputed charge details (date, amount, and the last four digits of the card charged). Verified duplicate charges and processing errors are refunded in full.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer (a chargeback) instead of contacting us first, your TraderNSYT account may be suspended pending resolution of the dispute. We retain records of your subscription agreement, sign-up timestamp, and usage activity, which we will provide to our payment processor in response to any dispute.

We strongly encourage you to email us at support@tradernsyt.com before initiating a chargeback. Most billing disputes can be resolved the same day once we understand the issue.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email to your account address before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
