By accessing or using TraderNSYT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

TraderNSYT is a trading journal and analytics platform that helps traders track, analyze, and improve their trading performance. The Service includes AI-powered insights, session analysis, and performance metrics.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You may not attempt to access the Service by any means other than the interface we provide, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or circumvent any security measures.

TraderNSYT provides trade journaling, analytics, and AI-generated commentary for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in this product constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Data displayed in the Service may contain errors or delays and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading decision.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraderNSYT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
7. Subscriptions and Refunds
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize TraderNSYT and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method for each billing period until you cancel.
All payments are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Canceling stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing period. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing or by emailing support@tradernsyt.com.
